Tax Information: Applicable federal (GST) and provincial (HST/PST/QST) sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination within Canada, in accordance with the Excise Tax Act and applicable provincial legislation.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

We currently ship within Canada only, using Canada Post as our shipping carrier. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates and policies:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD
• Flat-rate shipping of $7.95 CAD for orders under $50
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wax Mood Studio is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
